Answer: No, it's ok to install with both 12 and 24 volts.

Your own maps

In addition to the high-resolution map we use in our service, we can also install maps of your needs and requirements. This enables you to gain a more detailed overview of work carried out in both real time and historically. Using your own map material may increase the added value of the service significantly.

We need the following information

Coordinates in two corners, top left and bottom right.
Image size, width and height in pixels.
How many metres a pixel represents.
Projection of the map.

The following file formats can be accepted:

.SHP and .DWG formats up to 10 MB

Sensors

Sensor cables from the GPS/GPRS terminal can be connected to specific work activities performed by the vehicle, for instance a truck loader (how many times have I unloaded a truck?), sweepers on a sweeping vehicle (where have I cleaned my street and what is left to do?), temperature measurement (does the transport fulfill temperature requirements?) and more. By using sensors cables you are able to measure the effectiveness of specific activities performed by the vehicle, or control the quality of a job done. Up to three sensors can be connected to each GPS/GPRS unit with our service.
