• When you sign up to Viewserve, within a couple of weeks you will receive a package with your log in details together with a GPS/GPRS terminal that you simply install in the vehicle (installation manual included) . The hardware installed in the vehicle is included in the subscription and there are no additional charges. .
• The hardware collects positional and other data on the vehicle's activities. The data are then sent via GPRS to the Viewserve servers located in our server hall in Stockholm, Sweden. Our servers are set up as High Availability architecture. In short, this means that all components are redundant including fire walls, using automatic fail-over as well as load balancing. Continuous back-ups of collected data are performed to secure valuable information for our customers.
• Viewserve takes care of all issues related to service and operation, and continuously upgrade our servers. The internet user interface is continuously being improved as part of the subscription. As a user you have the opportunity to provide us online with suggestions of improvements. As long as you are a Viewserve subscriber, we will replace any GPS/GPRS terminal that develops a fault. Simply contact us and we will send you a new terminal immediately.
